本集，容祖兒將會在St. Moritz (聖莫里茲)，乘坐馬車，走進與世隔絕，風景美得有如世外桃源的Fex (菲克斯)。這條隱藏於山谷之中的環保村莊，除了外間汽車不得駛入外，人口更只有七十多人，容祖兒將會在這裡體驗簡樸而寧靜的生活：她會初嘗替牛隻擦毛的滋味，更會融入當地人的生活，和農民一起在阿爾卑斯山美景的環抱下，在草地上野餐；她亦會和一班熱愛大自然的城市人，一同製作木雕藝術品。另外，在城市St. Gallen (聖加侖)，容祖兒巧遇三姊妹，在她們的家庭式小食店(Home Kitchen) 內一起製作焗餅；她更會在赤腳步行徑，脫下鞋襪，自由自在地感受阿爾卑斯山的泥土，和大自然來個最親密接觸。
