A beautiful place, saw many of the super mansions owned by the rich and famous, and then after being stuck in lots of traffic eventually made it to Switzerland. First view of the Swiss Alps was amazing even though it was summer, the snow capped mountains looked amazing amoungst all the green of the valleys. Got into Lucerne and went to the original swiss army store and saw some amazing watches. The town itself it beautiful, a fast running river goes through the centre of town, it is blue and clear and is constantly running due to the water coming down off the mountains from the melting snow. Went to a cool little sports bar and played darts. Today up to the top of Mt Pilatus over 2 kms up through the clouds. Being afraid of heights it wasn’t the easiest thing to do. Went up the first cable car, and was fine, watched some people fly down the montain in the luge, and went for a walk along the mountain side. Watched a big Swiss horn show, then onto the second cable car. This one was bigger, had more people and you had to stand up. Went up and up and up through the clouds and all of a sudden the cable car dropped over a ledge and you could see more then 2kms down!! Got off at the top and saw the most amazing view (in ...
