民主・前原前外相ら超党派の議員連盟、仲井真沖縄県知事と普天間基地移設問題めぐり会談
民主党の前原前外相ら超党派の議員連盟が10日夜、那覇市で沖縄県の仲井真知事と会談し、アメリカ軍普天間基地の移設問題をめぐって意見交換したが、議論は平行線に終わった。仲井真知事は「(議員団の皆さんは、沖縄に米軍基地が必要な理由を説明したいと言っていたが?)沖縄の人に説明に来るというより、ほかの沖縄以外の県の人にやった方がいいんじゃないですか?」と述べた。会談では、前原前外相らが、6月の日米安全保障協議委員会で、普天間基地の移設先として、名護市辺野古が再確認されたことをふまえ、「われわれは、日米合意を推進していく立場だ」と述べ、理解を求めた。これに対し、仲井真知事は「スタンスは変わらない」と述べ、あくまでも県内移設は認められないとの考えを主張し、議論は平行線に終わった。
