"Understanding the Rules and Regulations of the Restaurant Industry," Singer/Bernstein/Jaglom

Description: New York is constantly updating the rules and regulations governing its restaurant industry, so it is essential that employment law, intellectual property and business attorneys stay abreast of the newest changes. In this program, employment attorney Andrew Singer, business attorney Andre Jaglom and management consultant Jeffrey Bernstein review the most significant sections of the New York Hospitality Wage Order and New York Theft Protection Acts, specifically the required written notices to employees, recordkeeping and wage and hour issues (tip credits, service charges, meals, uniform maintanence, spread of hours etc.).
