"저소득 무상급식과 무상보육 실시할 것" 이음재 도의원 후보 사무실 열고 출사표 : 경기도도의원 후보,부천타임즈,양주승,이음재,한나라당ㆍ영상길이 : 07:50ㆍ등록자 : 양의반란ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.05.01 (17:33) 부천타임즈: 양주승 대표기자부천시 제1선거구(원미1동,역곡1-2동, 춘의동, 도당동) 도의원에 출마한 한나라당 이음재(55) 예비후보가 5월 1일 선거사무실 개소식을 갖고 본격 레이스에 돌입했다.이음재 후보는 25년간 지역에서 유치원을 경영하면서 체험한 현장교육을 앞세워 지난 2006년 제7대 도의원에 당선되어 경기도의회 교육분과위원으로 활동해 왔으며 이번 6.2 지방선거 2선에 도전한다.개소식에는 홍건표 시장후보를 비롯해 임해규 국회의원,안병도 오정당협위원장,원미갑 시도의원 후보 김영진, 안효식·주수종·김한태·이영우,교육의원 후보 최운용, 유옥희,무소속 도의원 후보 정주열, 김희자 경기도청소년수련원장, 허지자 여성교육봉사회장 등 5백여명의 하객이 행사장 안과 밖을 가득 채웠다.이음재 후보는 인사말을 통해 "지난 4년간의 의정경험을 바탕으로 부천발전은 물론 교육 발전에 몸 바쳐 헌신하겠다"면서 "저소득층 전면 무상급식, 무상유아교육실시를 통해 결혼 전부터 출산을 고민해야 하는 많은 젊은이들과 노령화라는 사회적 문제 해소에 보탬이 되도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다.이어 그는 "초등학교 방과 후 보육교실을 신설하여 사교육에만 의존하지 않고 많은 추가비용 없이 이용할 수 있게 해 방과 후 자녀교육의 고민을 안고 있는 수많은 맞벌이 부부들의 고민해소를 위해 힘쓰겠다"고 약속했다.또 "이미 부지가 마련된 역곡고등학교 조기 설립, 소외된 계층의 복지향상과 지역구 중 빈곤층이 밀집된 지역의공공시설물 개선, 지역 내 장애우의 시설을 개선하여 행복한 세상을 꿈꾸며 생활할 수 있도록 장애우의 복지와 교육의 질 향상을 위해 앞장서겠다"고 힘주어 말했다.임해규 국회의원은 축사를 통해 "(김상곤 현 경기도교육감을 지칭) 뽑혀서는 안 될 사람이 경기도교육감이 됐다"면서 "한나라당은 그냥 무상급식이 아닌 서민무상급식과 서민무상보육을 실시할 것"이라며 "이 일에 이음재 의원이 앞장설 것"이라고 말했다.이어 임 의원은 "이음재 후보는 여걸중의 여걸이다. 경기도 교육...
