生体腎移植の臓器売買事件で、臓器の提供を受けた東京・江戸川区の医師が、「もらっちまえば、こっちのもんだ」と話していたと、一連の経緯を知る関係者が13日夜、FNNに明らかにした。実際に臓器を提供した21歳の男ら4人は13日、逮捕された。生体腎移植の臓器売買事件で、6月に逮捕された堀内利信容疑者(55)のクリニックの関係者が、FNNのインタビューで、「『父』と『息子』はまったくの赤の他人」と、事件の裏を語った。堀内クリニックの関係者は、「(赤の他人に近い人だった?)そうでしょうね。見たことない」、「(堀内)院長が手術に入る前、ドナー(石川容疑者)の前で言った言葉があったんですけども。『(腎臓を)もらっちまえば、こっちのもんだ』」などと語った。13日、臓器移植法違反などの疑いで逮捕されたのは、ドナーとなった石川竜哉容疑者(21)、住吉会系暴力団組長・坂巻松男容疑者(70)、会社員・江口祐子容疑者(47)ら4人。調べによると、石川容疑者は、うその養子縁組をしたうえで、堀内容疑者に移植手術をするための腎臓を提供。仲介役の坂巻容疑者らとともに、臓器提供の対価として、800万円を受け取るなどした疑いが持たれている。堀内クリニックの関係者は「書類を見ると、(石川)竜哉君は『3年ぐらい前から堀内家に出入りをしていて...』とあるが、(2人が)会ったのを見たことはないです」と語った。石川容疑者は、数十万円の借金を抱えていて、移植手術の前提となる病院の報告書も、真っ赤なうそだったという。堀内クリニックの関係者は、「(江口容疑者が)『こういうふうにして、下書きは、じゃあわたしがしますから』みたいな感じで。彼(石川容疑者)は下書きを見て、自分の字で(報告書に)書いた。手術するわけですけれども、それは事前に口裏合わせとか、やっぱり周到にやっていたのかなって」と語った。移植手術を引き受けた宇和島徳洲会病院は、「移植の背景に、金銭授受があったことが事実であれば遺憾。虚偽の申告を見抜けなかったのは、大変残念」などとコメントしている。石川容疑者は調べに対し、「間違いありません」と容疑を認めているが、坂巻容疑者は、「堀内容疑者夫婦から金をもらったことはない」と否認している。警視庁は、坂巻容疑者らが組織的に臓器売買を仲介していたとみて、追及する方針。
