For all repairs, a $90.00 bench fee is pre charged. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before any diagnostics are performed. The fee must be paid before any estimates are given. You will not receive an e-mail with the shipping address until this fee is paid. The bench fee is charged for the diagnose of the problem and the determination if the item is repairable or non-repairable. If the item is repairable, the $90.00 bench fee goes toward the cost of the repair. After your approval, the item will be repaired and you are responsible for any additional charges. If the item is non-repairable, you will be given other options to fix your problem. The $90.00 will go toward the purchase of these options. You are responsible for any additional charges. All shipping fees are in addition to the $90.00. You are responsible for all shipping fees, to send the item to us and to have the item returned to you. It is advisable that you send all related and interconnected items (except pumps) with the item you think needs repair. (ie top sides, sensors, etc.) All repairs are warrantied for only 90 days.
