Light Amplification of Different Scopes Compared - HD

This video shows how different scopes amplify light. Amplification properties are great when you need to see into dark areas, like the attic in our example. We start out with the MG36*, which is especially great weapon in these darker maps. Reason being is that MG36 has built-in scope (unique only for this weapon, if not counting snipers ofc). This saves you a specialization!!! When I zoom in you can see that the area just lightens up and you can see all the details in there. As I switch back to my handgun, you notice that aiming with it doesn’t amplify light a bit. It's really impossible to aim with it, that's because there are no match sights in this game. See: en.wikipedia.org Next up is Red Dot ie Reflex sight ( en.wikipedia.org ). As video shows it has minimal amplification. After that we have 4x Optical scope (ie ACOG; en.wikipedia.org ), this one has almost as good amplification as the MG36* scope. Zoom is way better of course**. Now, as Carl Gustav's sight has similar zoom as MG36* scope, it doesn't amplify light nearly as good. I believe that other rocket launchers have similar amplification capabilities. Last, we have 6x sniper scope (more about: en.wikipedia.org ), this has the best amplification. - I believe that 12x sniper scope would have even better amplification**.
