Money Magazine takes a look at the rewards, and risks, in investing in those markets. The Hong Kong government and Disneyland have reached agreement to expand the theme park. Disney will put up HK$3.63 billion for the work. While the government will not inject new capital, it will convert about $5 billion of loans into equity. While some see this deal as the best possible for the government, other criticise it as too small, and just debt restructuring to little benefit.
