Drive day today to Fes so everyone settled down for a quiet one. People have different things to keep themselves amused from Ipods, audiobooks, e-readers, books, sleeping or watching movies on their Ipod. The truck — Nala is a huge Renault 4WD thing with inwards facing seats along both sides and lockers for food and possessions under the seats and small overhead lockers above you. 2 Eskies are in the middle of the row between seats along with the bin. The sides are a tough see through plastic that fold up in good weather and the roof comes off over the section at the front and is called the beach because you can lay down there and sunbathe. The stairs are at the back of the truck and fold up when we're moving and we have a buzzer system -- 1 buzz for the loo, 2 for photos and 3 for emergencies as well as an intercom system with Nancy and Chris. All in all it works pretty well! Arrives in Fes about 3pm and instead of the original quiet afternoon since it was clear skies and sunny, the decision was made to go into the medina and have a wander around in case it rained later. Well Fes medina what can you say? Thousands and thousands of little passageways divided arbitrarily into section eg homewares, pottery ...
