被災地で「求む店長」　お好み焼き屋台チェーンが１号店

　岩手県内の避難所に屋台を持ち込んで炊き出しを続けてきた東京都内のお好み焼き店主が、被災者を雇う形式のトラックを使った屋台チェーン店を被災地で展開することにした。その１号店「ふっこう１号」が２２日、陸前高田市に登場した。　「食だけでなく、職も得て生きがいを取り戻して欲しい」との思いが込められている。１号店は炊き出しに使っていたトラックを転用。さらに３台の車を確保しており、被災者の「店長」を募る予定だ。　この日営業を始めた１号店の「店長見習い」は同市内の元ラーメン店員細谷春樹さん（３０）。勤め先の店が津波で流され、仮設住宅の建設現場でアルバイトしていた。「お客さんと触れ合える仕事がしたい」と考えていたら、店主の星野夏樹さん（３８）に声をかけられたという。
