香川・高松市で「説明不足で男湯に入り裸見られた」と温泉施設を恐喝した少女を逮捕
香川・高松市の温泉施設で、入浴施設の説明不足で間違って男湯に入り裸を見られたと言いがかりをつけ、現金を要求した17歳の少女が12日、恐喝と傷害の疑いで逮捕された。警察に逮捕されたのは、松山市に住む無職の17歳の少女。少女は温泉施設の関係者に暴行を加えたうえ、現金3万円を出させた疑いが持たれている。4月14日午前7時ごろ、「朝風呂に入りたい」と高松市内の温泉施設を訪れた少女。ところが、少女が入っていたのは男湯だった。少女は施設に対し、「女湯と思い浴場に入ったが、後から男性3人が入って来て、裸を見られた」と抗議し、「裸を見られた! すぐに来てくれ!」と警察に通報する騒ぎになった。通報を受け駆けつけた警察が仲裁に入り、少女は温泉施設をいったん立ち去った。ところが、17歳の少女は損害賠償金名目で4万5,000円の支払いを要求した。温泉施設の人は「お昼にまたご来館いただいて、(男性)3人に(裸を)見られたから、1人1万5,000円で、4万5,000円払えと」と語った。今度は温泉施設が警察を呼ぶことになった。すると少女は、警察官の目の前で施設の関係者に暴行を加えたという。温泉施設の人は「跳びげりを3〜4発、腹部ですね」と語った。その後も「もらうものもらうまで帰らん」と居座り続け、結局、施設側は少女に3万円支払った。この温泉施設の男湯ののれんには、紺地に白く「ゆ」という字が書かれており、女湯ののれんには赤に白い字で「ゆ」と書かれている。翌日、温泉施設側は、高松北警察署に恐喝と傷害で被害届を提出した。警察が指紋を照会して身元を割り出し、事件発生から3カ月後、少女は逮捕された。警察の取り調べに対し少女は、「お金をもらったのは示談交渉や!」と主張した。暴行についても、「傷害にはならんやろ」と容疑を否認している。
