Power problems - Elbows separating at impact Adrian Cafaro PGA

Adrian Cafaro demonstrates this problem, which affects power and solidness of strike. Separating your elbows at impact will almost certainly mean your wrists action thorugh impact will not be effective. Separating your elbows will also increase the chance of you topping and thinning the ball, this will stop you hitting the ball into the air properly and affect stopping balls on greens. Practice drill keeping the elbows and forearms closer together at impact and try and get the "criss cross arms" after impact, which is an indicator of releasing the golf club properly.
