She continued to blush which made me continue to smile. She just shrugged "I don’t know..." "Ok...I do like you...a lot." She smiled "You do?" I nodded "Yeah, I just...love the connection we have with each other and how comfortable we are with one another." And with that, we got together. We went on dates and flirted more than we normally would, and then I asked her to be my girlfriend which clearly she said yes too and everything was great, but when she was staying with her dad one weekend, it went downhill. Her dad would get drunk every time, and most likely he was always drunk when she wasn't there too. He wouldn't abuse her physically, but emotionally he would which is what kept her cutting.
