Bo wonders about Hope’s mental health and talks it over with Roman, who offers his advice. Later, Bo goes to see Ciara, who tells a shocked Bo that she saw Hope hugging a strange man. Meanwhile, Hope makes it clear to Dr. Baker she is going to kill Bo tonight. Dr. Baker makes a declaration of love and we wonder if Hope’s mind has been changed. Hope goes to the house, and comes face-to-face with Bo. Nathan and Stephanie grow closer. Even Melanie’s interruption cannot stop them from considering moving in together. Chloe almost makes a huge slip up in front of Daniel, but covers. Meanwhile, Melanie tells Philip she wants to throw Chloe a baby shower, and Philip overacts. Covering, he tells her not to rush into things. Later, Philip meets with Chloe. After discussing their situation, Chloe admits to Philip that Father Matt knows about him. Philip is ready to blow up, but Chloe reassures him that Father Matt is out of town and would never spill her secret. At the same time, Daniel sees Father Matt and learns that Chloe’s annulment issues aren’t why Father Matt won’t marry Chloe and Daniel. Later, Philip goes home to Melanie, who’s still shaken off of her encounter with Nathan and Stephanie. They share a passionate kiss. Back at Daniel’s apartment, Daniel returns and confronts Chloe off his talk with Father Matt. Chloe claims she has changed her mind about having Father Matt marrying them, and Daniel, completely confused, tells her he doesn’t believe her story. Chad is horrified as Madeline falls down at the pier. Madeline is rushed to the hospital where Chad, deeply upset, hopes his mom is pulls through. Kate and Stefano are shocked to find out Chad’s mother is in the hospital. Woods shows up and asks Chad what happened, but Chad’s a mess and can’t answer clearly. Later, to the horror of all, Lexie tells Chad his mother, Madeline, is dead.
