1999년 결성된 Montreal, Canada 출신의 Pop Punk 밴드. 1993년 보컬리스트인 Pierre Bouvier와 드러머인 Chuck Comeau가 Reset이라는 밴드를 결성했는데 이것이 Simple Plan의 전신이라 할 수 있다. 2002년 데뷰 앨범을 출시한 후 전세계적으로 엄청난 판매고를 올리며 단숨에 성공 가도를 달리게 되는 계기를 맞는다. 음악적인 색채는 Classic Punk와 Modern Pop 음악이 잘 결합된 Pop Punk. 2008년 까지 총 3장의 공식 Studio Albums을 출시하고 있다. 혻 혻 Studio Albums No Pads, No Helmets...Just Balls혻(2002) Still Not Getting Any...혻(2004) Simple Plan혻(2008) 혻 혻 이 곡은 2008년 출시한 그 들의 3집 셀프 타이틀 앨범 "Simple Plan"에 수록된 2번 트랙 곡.
