혻 혻 수십명의 국내 남녀 중학생들이 졸업식날 대낮에 동네 골목길에서 한 여중생의 교복을 강제로 벗기고 속옷을 찢으며 머리에 케찹을 뿌리는 등 집단으로 폭력을 행사하는 동영상이 올라와 충격을 주고 있다.인터넷 포털사이트 네이트에 지난 5일 ‘말로만 듣던 요즘 졸업식’이라는 제목의 동영상이 게시됐다.휴대전화로 촬영된 것으로 보이는 1분19초짜리 동영상에는 남녀 중학생들이 한 여학생을 빙 둘러싸고 단체로 괴롭히는 장면이 담겨 있다.동영상은 중학생들이 이날 졸업식날 학교 인근 주택가 골목에서 소란을 피우자 동네 주민이 촬영해 올린 것으로 추정된다.실제 동영상에 달린 설명글에는 “집앞에 있는 중학교가 오늘 졸업식이었는데. 시끄러워서 나가보니까.. 말로만 듣던 요즘 졸업식을 실제로 보게 되었네요. 딸 낳기 무섭네요”라고 돼 있다.동영상은 ‘일방통행’이라는 글자가 선명하게 새겨진 골목길 도로를 배경으로 시작된다. 피해 여중생이 도로 중간에 고개를 숙인 채 몸을 웅크리고 있고 20여명이 넘는 남녀 학생들이 피해 여중생을 둘러싸고 있다.남학생들이 위협적인 목소리로 소리를 지르자 옆에 있던 여학생들이 피해 여중생의 교복 상의를 벗기기 시작했고 피해 여중생의 상반신은 곧 나체가 됐다.피해 학생이 벗겨진 옷으로 앞섶을 가리고 뒷걸음질 치자 가해 학생들은 일제히 “오∼”하는 환호성을 지르거나 박수를 쳤다.애초 피해 여학생의 옷을 찢었던 한 여학생은 이번엔 피해 여학생이 앞섶을 가리기 위해 갖고 있던 옷까지 강제로 빼앗으려고 시도했다. 피해 여학생은 필사적으로 옷을 놓지 않으려고 노력했지만 가해 여학생의 완력에 눌려 옷을 빼앗겼다. 이 과정에서 주위 학생들은 가해 여학생을 박수치며 격려하는 등 비상식적인 모습을 보였다. 가해 여학생은 빼앗은 옷을 땅에 내동댕이 쳤고 일부 남학생들은 이 옷을 축구공 삼아 발로 차며 희희덕댔다.피해 여학생에 대한 폭행은 여기서 그치지 않았다. 이번엔 또 다른 여학생이 피해 여학생에게 다가가 머리에 케찹을 뿌렸다.동영상은 피해 여학생이 팬티만 입은채 어디론가 피신하는 장면까지 담겨 있다.남녀 중학생들 중 누구도 피해 여학생을 보호하려 하지 않았고 대낮에 버젓이 또래 여학생의 속옷까지 강제로 벗기는 행동을 서슴지 않았는다는 점에서 동영상은 충격적이다.6일 동영상을 쿠키뉴스에 제보한 박모씨는 “여자 아이의 교복은 물론 속...
