Hello to everyone, this week we headed to Wisconsin and are now in Wisconsin Dells an area known for its multitude of water parks, indoor and out. There are so many water parks here its a little bit crazy, fortunately most have shut for the season ('cause it is starting to get cc-cold) and our decisions were narrowed down for us. We went to an indoor water park called Kalahari, with not surprisingly an African theme. The water park had heaps of slides, we both really liked the one that was like a big drain, you slide down then whip out into a big bowl shape and spin round and round until you are dumped unceremoniously into a big pool of water. They also had one of the first rollercoaster water slides. This ride goes up as well as down, ha ha such fun. We came to this area because of the water parks, although it's getting a little cold now, this would be a fun place to come in summer. We also headed to the outlet malls to see if we could pick up some warm bargains. Jesse got a great jacket at a second hand shop but we both need a few more layers to keep us warm so we invested in some thermal tops and long sleeve shirts. No beanies yet but we are already wearing gloves (they don't call them beanies here, just hats, boring ...
