福島県飯舘村・村民防犯隊が発足 Details
福島県飯舘村・村民防犯隊が発足
東京電力福島第一原発の事故で「計画的避難区域」に指定され、避難が求められている福島県飯舘村で6日、村民による防犯パトロール隊が発足した。住民の8割近くが避難済みで、人がいない家などを見回る。収入が途絶えた村民の雇用対策も兼ねている。 「いいたて全村見守り隊」と名付けられ、村民約350人が隊員。20行政区に十数人ずつの班をつくり、24時間態勢で各戸を巡回。荒らされた跡がないかなどを確認したり、不審な車や人を見かけたら警察に通報したりする。 出発式で、菅野典雄村長は「(避難期間が短くて済み)パトロールは短期間で終わってほしいが、この間、家庭の安全をお願いしたい」とあいさつ。オレンジのチョッキに緑の腕章をつけた隊長の農業本田八郎さん(64)は「農機具の盗難を心配し、避難できない人もいる。そうした不安を解消したい」と話した。
