　東京電力は２０日、福島第一原子力発電所の事故の責任をとって清水正孝社長（６６）が退き、後任に西沢俊夫常務（６０）が内部昇格する人事を発表した。同時に発表した２０１１年３月期連結決算は、事故処理費などが膨らみ、純損益は１兆２４７３億円の赤字に転落。日本企業の純損失としては過去最大だ。１２年３月期の業績予想は示さなかったが、事故の賠償負担が重くのしかかることになる。 　西沢氏は記者会見で「会社創設以来、未曽有の危機。事故の収束、公正かつ迅速な補償、電力の安定供給、抜本的な合理化に努めたい」と述べた。勝俣恒久会長と同じ企画畑出身で、いまは企画部と広報部を担当。今回の事故では政府と東電の統合対策本部の東電側事務局長を務めている。 　経営陣では、勝俣会長が続投するほか、６人いる副社長のうち４人が留任する小幅な人事となった。清水社長は、その理由を「事故の収束、補償、供給力確保をする責任があり、最小限にした」と説明した。
