香港有不少位於市區的高級私人會所，要成為會員，入會費由幾十萬至幾百萬不等，而且不一定有錢就可以取得會籍，大家都以為，會所租值不菲，所以會籍這麼昂貴，不過原來這些會所土地，是根據「私人遊樂場契約」，獲政府免費或象徵式一千元批地，大部分已經營運了超過半世紀。今年底至明年初，有五十多個會所的土地契約到期，他們是否有存在價值，政府的批地條款，是否值得檢討？ 記者：李賢哲
