28日の東京株式市場は、27日より70円67銭高い、9,648円98銭で取引を終えた。28日の取引について、みずほ証券ストラテジスト・堀内隆文氏の解説です。28日の東京株式市場は、平均株価、TOPIX(東証株価指数)ともに反発となった。懸案のギリシャ債務問題で、ドイツとフランスの歩み寄りが見られることや、原油価格の落ち着きなどを手がかりに、27日のアメリカ株式市場が反発。国内市場も、その流れを引き継ぐ形となった。朝方は、輸出関連業種などがけん引する形で、主要株価指数が上昇し、平均株価は、1日以来となる9,700円台を一時回復した。ただ後場に入ると、アジア市場と同様に朝方の上昇幅を縮小、9,600円台半ばを挟んでのもみ合いで取引を終了した。ギリシャ支援の鍵となる緊縮財政法案の採決には、依然として不透明感が残るほか、週末の米中製造業PMI(購買担当者景気指数)など、重要経済指標の発表が意識されているもよう。5月鉱工業生産や、日銀短観(企業短期経済観測調査)6月調査では、生産活動や企業マインドの改善が示されるとみられるだけに、外部環境を見極める動きが週内は続く見込み。
