So the Music Stopped in America..Do You Have a Chair?

iReport — Where are the jobs? Why haven’t they been created? Why hasn't the outsourcing of our jobs been stopped? What are the unemployed going to do to survive? 10 million plus found they had no chair when the music stopped. It's not that way for many in Government Jobs, yet, but if what's happened in California recently is any indication of things to come, many government workers will soon join the ranks of the unemployed. Congress is more concerned about keeping their jobs than doing their jobs by doing what is necessary to create work for Americans. The GOP is worried about deficits while we're in the middle of the Greatest Recession of all time. Bail the boat out and we'll worry about the leak when we get to shore. Where's the environment the President said it was government's job to create so that the private sector would begin hiring more Americans? We need banks lending to small businesses so they can invest in new product research and hire more people. Are banks lending money to these businesses? We need more demand for the good and services businesses produce. Are people spending more now? Consumer Confidence has fallen 10 points in one month, housing starts and sales have slowed, jobs fell last month. Think the Great Recession is over as our government would like us to believe? What are our politicians mostly worried about these days? Getting re-elected! That's right! They want us to hire them again to do more of what they've been busy doing. Exactly. Americans NEED more of "nothing much". Jobs were allowed to be sent overseas by corporations whom paid bribes to politicians and now the we see that the Emperor has no clothes. Why would a company hire here for more than the $300 a month they pay workers for 320 hrs a month- 80 hour weeks in Taiwan? Will more tax breaks for corporations do it? Politicians can say, "Joblessness has fallen, the recession has ended, we're on the mend and we're not working because we're lazy and want government handouts." Th...
