intel e5400 on asus p5n-d temperature sensor problem

processor: intel e5400 overclocked to 4.05 GHz (13.5 x 300) motherboard: asus p5n-d, bios version 1204 cooler: titan fenrir thermal grease: zerotherm zt-100 important: i tried the e5400 on other motherboard and there is no problem. also, i tried an e5300 (stock clocks and voltages) on the p5n-d, wrong temperature readings. with an intel Q8200 on the p5n-d, there is no problem. my guess is that there is a problem between the asus p5n-d and intel e5x00 series. with the 4 GHz overclock, temperature never exceed 60 degrees C on either of the cores, but the total cpu sensor says sometimes even 110 degrees C. no problem, i can live without a correct temp reading, my pc doesn`t shotdown or anything, but the fan runs at maximum speed and the noise is driving me crazy,
