Fedor Emelianenko admits on Strikeforce media conference call: "I’m not a UFC fan"

Fedor uttered: "I’m not a UFC fan. What I meant to say was, I'm not a fan of watching their fights. Compared to the commercials, the promotion and anticipation of their fights and the shows I've seen, there seems to be a negativity in a lot of their shows, so I'm just not a fan of watching their programs." The UFC have desperately attempted to sign the Russian champion for years, but every time they seem to be getting close another door is slammed in their face. Fedor has two fights left on his current deal with Strikeforce, one of which will come at the end of the month against Fabricio Werdum. Fedor: I don't think fighters are defeated before they get in the ring with me. As far as after they fight me, I don't think there's any mystery or magic to it. Each fighter reacts differently to a loss. I don't think I have anything to do with their success or lack thereof afterward. Fedor: I don't want to look to far ahead, I'm just focusing on Werdum.
