[뉴스웨이TV] 한나라당, 천안함 순국 장병 애도 : 순국,순국장병,안상수,인양,전사자,천안함,초계함,한나라당,함미,해군ㆍ영상길이 : 03:31ㆍ등록자 : 뉴스웨이ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.04.16 (15:32) [촬영/편집 = 이인수 기자](서울=뉴스웨이 윤미숙 기자) 침몰한 천안함 함미 인양 작업이 마무리된 가운데, 한나라당은 16일 여의도 당사에서 긴급 최고위원회의를 열어 순국 장병에 대한 예우 등 후속조치에 대해 논의했다. 독도 문제와 관련해 일본을 방문 중인 한나라당 정몽준 대표를 대신해 이날 회의는 안상수 원내대표가 주재했다. 안상수 원내대표를 비롯해 참석한 최고위원 모두는 검은색 양복에 검은색 넥타이를 착용, 가슴에 근조 리본을 달았으며 회의 시작 전 순국한 천안함 장병들을 애도하며 묵념했다. 한나라당 안상수 원내대표는 "지난 21일 동안 온 국민이 희망을 저버리지 않고 천안함 실종 장병들이 살아 돌아오기만을 기다렸는데, 36명의 장병들이 말 없는 시신으로 돌아와 비통하고 참담한 심정"이라며 "유가족들에게 차마 뭐라 위로의 말씀을 드려야할지 모르겠다"고 말했다. 이어 안상수 원내대표는 "천안함에서 순국한 한 명 한 명이 모두 우리의 아들이고 우리의 영웅들이다"라며 "조국을 위해 목숨바친 장병들의 죽음이 헛되지 않도록 국가가 영원이 그들을 기억하고 우리가 할 수 있는 모든 예우를 다하겠다"고 약속했다. 한나라당 허태열 최고위원은 "끝내 주검으로 돌아온 우리 장병들의 영웅적 희생과 헌신을 잊어선 안 된다"면서 "이 영웅들의 희생과 헌신을 대한민국이 잘 배워 앞으로 우리가 가진 온갖 현안을 헤치고 선진국으로 가는 데 밑거름이 될 수 있도록 국민의 뜻을 모았으면 한다"고 말했다. 한나라당 박순자 최고위원은 "싸늘한 몸으로 돌아온 장병들을 최대한 예우해드리는 것이 도리"라며 "정부에서도 규정에 얽매이지 말고 우리 장병들을 국가를 위해 싸우다 가신 전사자로, 영웅으로 예우해 달라"고 당부했다. 박순자 최고위원은 또 "아직 돌아오지 못한 8명의 장병들이 속히 귀환할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 기울여야 하며, 생존 장병들에게도 관심을 기울여 민간 병원에서 치료받을 수 있도록 조치해 달라"며 "살아있는 장병, 우리 곁을 떠난 장병, 귀환하지 못한 장병 등 한 사람도 소홀히 하지...
