It is 2016 AD The Vellion Alliance launches an attack on the headquarters of the Red Dragons organization. RDCO1384495; designation: Charlie, activates after malfunctioning and activates it’s emergency protocols; protocols that label any Red Dragon Personnel as a severe risk to it's survival. So, it begins to actively terminate them. Meanwhile, Captain of Operations; Eric Ling of Civil Defense Divisions 12 and 13 arrives back home to his own universe from an alternate Earth, a little too late to stop the alien intruders from wrecking havoc on his world. He and his new team; a branch off of the Civil Defense Divisions controlled by the American Empire, teams up with the malfunctioning prototype Assassin Droid known to them as "Charlie"; who's main goal is to terminate all Red Dragon Personnel.
