Nothing is known about the video or the witness at all. It looks like genuine footage rather than a staged hoax. The witness has posted the footage on YouTube in the hope that someone can help with identifying the UFO. It is not known when or where the video was taken but it can be assumed that it is probably very recent. All News Web has sent the witness a message requesting more information and will update this article when we receive a reply.
