Boehner on Fox: Dems Must Listen to the American People

In an appearance last night on Fox News Channels On the Record with Greta Van Susteren, House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH) said that in order to have a productive bipartisan conversation on health care, Democrats must first listen to the American people and scrap the massive government takeover of health care. Boehner said that if Democrats are unwilling to start over and work with Republicans on the common sense, step-by-step approach the American people want, the proposed White House health care summit would be merely a political event.
