A new type of display screen that can be curved around walls or pillars is on display in Tokyo. The Plasma Tube Array Screen has hundreds of millimeter-high thin plasma tubes, which all run parallel to each other so the screen can be gently curved in one direction.

The Toshiba NB305-N410 is a basic netbook with solid specs, but its poorly laid-out chiclet-style keyboard, while pretty, is a bit of a disappointment. This netbook has has decent battery life, a great screen, and a great trackpad, but its overall performance is average.
