連日大雨,山區土石鬆動,南投日月潭環潭公路一棵大樹倒下,剛好就橫越環潭公路來往的車道。倒下的時間是中午,遊覽車很多,幸好沒有砸中人車,但還是造成大塞車超過一公里長。 一棵大樹倒下,直徑六十公分寬的樹幹,結結實實的橫在路中央,將日月潭環潭公路兩個來往的車道截斷。埔里工務段人員趕快用電鋸,將樹幹鋸開,搶通的動作要快,因為日月潭的遊客非常多。很多大陸客來台灣,指名一定要來日月潭,環潭公路是唯一通道,大樹一倒所有車輛動彈不得。包括團體的遊覽車,散客的小客車,全塞在車陣中,長達一公里。塞到有人受不了,併排停車,還有大陸客在車上坐不住,乾脆下車用走的,欣賞日月潭美景。卻碰上大雨災情,幸好沒有砸中人車。但是看看大樹倒塌的環潭公路,已經有山坡土石被掏空。要是大雨持續下,就怕又有大樹倒下,釀成更嚴重的意外。', WIDTH, 240, ABOVE, true, OFFSETX, -20, FADEIN, 500, FADEOUT, 300, TITLE, '摘要全文', TITLEBGCOLOR, '#999999', STICKY, 1, CLOSEBTN, true, CLICKCLOSE, true)" />
