You’ll see, it’s simple and it can be done in just 5 steps.Composition : 270ml water, 9g salt, 370g flour, 90g rye flour, 15g fresh yeast, or 5g dried yeast.There we are after the preparation, a nice hot loaf that I can eat for breakfast or have as a snack; the children love it!
