Most people are attracted to multilevel marketing because of the monetary benefits. People can be their own boss, work flexible hours and they can make more money than if they had a regular 9 to 5 job. Higher Earnings The amount of money a person makes is limited to the per hour rate the person gets times the amount of hours that person spends at work. If the person wants to make more money they can work overtime or work two jobs. MLM does not have the same limitations. A person can earn money even if that person is not actively working. The person gets paid on the performance of others whether it be by commissions or bonuses. Flexible Schedule Multilevel marketing allows people to make their own schedule. Needless to say, the amount of money a person makes is reflected by the amount of time the person spends working. However, with MLM most people are not confined to an office from 9-5 or weekends. Most people who have regular jobs cannot leave their jobs if an emergency arises and they cannot go on vacation any time they please. This is one of the benefits of network marketing. A person can make their own schedule, take time off for vacations or emergencies, and nothing happens that affects your earnings.
