Flickeup.com : 'Little Fockers" review

iReport — That dysfunctional family with an unusual last name tacks on a third film and milks it for all its worth. Ben Stiller and Robert DeNiro go toe to toe again in "Little Fockers". In the first film "Meet the parents" we met the in-laws In the second film "Meet the fockers" the inlaws meet each other. Now in the third film kids are brought into the mix. Sure there is star power, which includes Blythe Danner, Dustin Hoffman, Barbara Streisand, Owen Wilson, Teri Polo, Jessica Alba, and yes even Harvey Keitel, but star power doesnt necessisarily mean a good movie. These Focker films used to be funny but now I think they are just getting old. Its the same schtick over and over again . Someone throws up in someones face, someone else gets humiliated or hurt, oh and then there is the scene in which De Niro has taken some "male enhancement" pills and needs Stiller to stab him in the "willie" with a hyperdermic needle. Its one thing to enjoy outrageous comedy but pushing the envelope with grossness is a whole different thing. I really wanted to like this film but in all honesty its not that good.
