Sears Holdings (SHLD), parent to its namesake stores as well as Kmart, posted a narrower loss for the second quarter today, but missed analyst estimates. Sears said its loss totaled $39 million, or $0.35 per share, compared to $94 million, or $0.79 per share, in the same quarter last year.
