There was a parade in the little town of Snoqualmie so I took some shots with my XHA1 and Letus Ultimate combo. The weather was seriously overcast so very difficult to get any decent shots. I decided to get creative in the edit instead :)

This is my first promo shot on a Canon 7D. It was shot with no crew (other than styling), available light, a Sigma 30mm 1.4 and a Sigma 18 - 200 all on a tripod or handheld with a Z Finder. We only had 2 hours to shoot the whole thing. This is the first cut, final edit will be up in about a week...

This was a project for my Video Comm class. We shot it in a few short hours, had to edit with a deadline in mind, and like every project ran into some problems. While there’s a lot of things I wished I could change, we still had a good time filming and I learned a lot making this.
