Security kept a eye on these 2 males that were sitting in front of the Sears doors of Champlain Mall around 11:20am, they appeared intoxicated. Codiac RCMP checked out the 2 men and 1 male was arrested and the other released. The 2 men had to clean up the papers they were sitting on first. Sears...
