Sears Holdings (SHLD) reported a 13% decline in fourth quarter earnings today, on the tail of its announcement that it had named a new CEO. Sears said fourth quarter net income fell to $374 million, or $3.43 per share, from $430 million, or $3.74 per share, in the same quarter last year.

Sears Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:SHLD) reported Q4 EPS of $3.67, topping consensus estimates of $3.57 per share. Revenues for the quarter fell 1% to $13.14 billion, ahead of consensus estimates of $12.97 billion. Revenues at stores open at least a year fell 1.2% in the quarter, pulled down by a 4.5%...

Sears Holdings (SHLD), parent to its namesake stores as well as Kmart, posted a narrower loss for the second quarter today, but missed analyst estimates. Sears said its loss totaled $39 million, or $0.35 per share, compared to $94 million, or $0.79 per share, in the same quarter last year.
