There are lots of government proposals that many think are absolutely ridiculous. Radio personality Schylar Meadows takes aim in this edition of FOX Toledo’s Rant and Rave at HR 848, the Performance Rights Bill, which would impose a mandatory flat annual fee on all radio stations to play music.
