Police have revealed that a sock was missing from the body of Jo Yeates when she was discovered. They have appealed for help in finding the missing article of clothing.

Police say they believe a young woman who has not been seen for three months has been murdered. Jenny Nicholl disappeared from Richmond in North Yorkshire in July and her bank account has not been touched since then.
