This is the closest thing in real life to the Hogwart Express. During the summer, Potter fans get one chance per day to travel like a wizard. There are no more Harry Potter books to discover, but it’s a consolation that this train at least will probably continue to run for a long time.

This cafe in Edinburgh is where Harry Potter came to life. Author JK Rowling often came here to write. She was on welfare, and grateful for a warm place to work. Today the Elephant House is a bustling meeting point for Harry Potter fans whose curiosity about JK Rowling is seemingly endless.

Indeed, the Grey friar’s cemetery next door could make you think of villain Lord Voldemort hiding behind a headstone. And they say that this private school down the road attended by JK Rowling's daughter was the original blueprint for Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
