Google Earth also has the ability to interface with GPS devices. It can do this in realtime or it can import files created by these devices. You can pull in this data to Google Earth and see it within the program.

Google Maps has provided traffic information on interstate highways for quite some time. Now though, Google is expanding its coverage of the traffic layer. Traffic will now be shown for US highways and arterial roads leading to those highways.
