A crook who is wanted for stealing iPhones leaves no question of identification thanks to the tattoos on his face that include "I’m Me" and a picture of a money bag. Joseph Williams, 19, reportedly struck at least 19 times in the tri-county area.

Every year thousands of teens are killed in car accidents nationwide. On Tuesday the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and the Florida Highway Patrol has asked everyone to wear white in an effort to "white out" teen crashes.
