They sit along the River Seine day in day out selling secondhand books and old periodicals to enraptured tourists, but now the famous Parisian booksellers, or bouquinistes, are under fire for selling one too many cheap, mass-produced souvenirs (like Eiffel Tower fridge magnets).

Check out this high-larious (though slightly cruel) viral video sensation of a dog (in a dress) and the pooch’s owner dancing the merengue in Chile. The footage really cracked us up, and reminded us that impromptu street performances can be fun when you're in a foreign country.
