At the end of Giaan Rooney’s stay at Tonic Hotel in New South Wales' Hunter Valley, she wanted to take it all home with her. She loved everything about it - the relaxation, the food, the pampering. It all worked! Tonic lives up to its name and is all about unwinding and rejuvenating.
