Four people have been killed after a double-decker bus headed for Toronto from Pennsylvania hit a railroad bridge in a suburb of a Syracuse, New York. At least 27 people were on board the bus when it crashed.

The trial of Dr. Guy Turcotte, accused of killing his two young children, will begin on April 4, 2011. The court date was set on Friday at a hearing at the St-Jerome courthouse, meaning the trial will begin over two years after the alleged crime was committed.
